Two people were building careers in different fields — one immersed in finance, the other in operations — who independently arrived at the same conviction. Every invoice, every payroll run, every balance sheet entry is a data point in a company's life: a record of its wins, its struggles, its hard work, and its growth.
Wesley and Zoe Wolfe founded Wolfepack Advantage to close a gap they kept seeing. Most financial support fell into one of two camps: bookkeeping that only looked backward, or full-time CFO leadership that was costly and often premature. The practical middle ground — the one growing businesses actually needed — didn't exist.
So they built it, with a clear purpose: to help business owners not just manage their numbers, but understand them — and use that understanding to make confident decisions about where they're headed next. And they built it to feel less like hiring a vendor and more like gaining family.
Backed by over 12 years of combined experience, the team brings both the technical depth and the operational mindset to serve businesses the way they actually need to be served.

Wesley's connection to accounting started in his very first business class at Texas A&M. He was drawn to the way it works like a puzzle: once you understand the pieces and where they belong, they tell a story. That sense of clarity is still at the center of everything he does today.
As a licensed CPA (since 2021) with over seven years of experience in accounting and finance, Wesley has spent his career helping small to medium-sized growing businesses make sense of their numbers, getting his start in fractional CFO work across industries like food and beverage, construction, and real estate. Now, as Co-Founder of Wolfepack Advantage alongside his wife and business partner, Zoe, he brings that same hands-on approach to clients every day, translating financial data into straightforward, meaningful insights that support real decisions and long-term growth.
Wesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M. His guiding philosophy is simple: leave every interaction better than when you found it — something clients feel in the time and intention he brings to every conversation.
Outside the office, Wesley is happiest outdoors, in the workshop, or in the middle of his latest home improvement project; woodworking and carpentry are a favorite way to unwind.

Zoe's path into operations started in property management, where she discovered just how much power a solid, efficient system has to transform a company and accelerate its growth; and found that everything operational simply clicked for her. That foundation opened the door to a more financially focused role in portfolio management within the real estate investment industry, where she built scalable, cross-departmental workflows while heading dispositions.
As Co-Founder of Wolfepack Advantage, alongside her husband and business partner, Wesley, she brings that same operational mindset to the firm; designing the systems and processes that create a seamless, well-supported client experience and build scalable foundations for growth. With over nine years of experience in operations and five-plus years in finance, she's known for an eye for detail that doesn't miss a thing — a skill that shows up in every process she builds, for Wolfepack Advantage and for clients alike.
Outside of client work, Zoe is building Wolfepack Advantage's philanthropy branch, Carried by the Pack, driven by a lifelong passion for giving back. When she's not working, she's usually doing something creative or searching for her next read at the bookstore.
